Meet Dr. Angela Leung
Dr. Angela Leung DDS, FICOI, DICOI
Dr. Angela Leung received her bachelor degree in Physiology/Anatomy at the University of California at Berkeley. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of California at San Francisco.
She acquired her general practice residency certificate at Kings County Hospital at Brooklyn, New York, and she completed her endodontic specialty training at the Veterans Administration Hospital at Manhattan, New York. She is currently a Fellow and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, an Affiliate Fellow at the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and she lectures for premier implant companies, including Nobel Biocare and Hiossen, a premier global implant company that has been serving dentists for over 40 years.
She returned to San Francisco where she grew up to start her dental implant and endodontic practice. She has been there since - serving her local community in performing dental implants, surgical and non-surgical endodontics, implantology, and its related surgical adjunctive needs.
In her years of study and practice, she has acquired extraordinary skills and a passion for bone grafting, sinus lifts, dental implant related procedures, single and full mouth dental implants, and surgical or nonsurgical endodontics. She is the co-creator of the endoscopic technique in Endodontic microsurgery. She has published and lectured on this technique in Dentistry Today and at Loma Linda University respectively.
